Six Planes Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a vending machine installation and managed service provider operating in Watford and surrounding areas, registered in England and Wales.

We provide vending machine installation, stocking, and maintenance services (“Services”) to business clients (“you”) under a managed service agreement with fixed monthly rent.

• All vending machines remain the property of Six Planes Ltd at all times.
• You must not tamper with, move, or allow third parties to service the machines.
• You are responsible for reasonable care of equipment on your premises.
• We will repair or replace faulty equipment within a reasonable timeframe.

You agree to provide our staff reasonable access to your premises during agreed hours for restocking, maintenance, and removal of equipment.

• Monthly rental fees are fixed as agreed in your service contract.
• Invoices are due within 30 days of issue.
• Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

• The minimum contract term is as specified in your service agreement.
• Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice after the minimum term.
• We reserve the right to remove equipment immediately if fees remain unpaid after 14 days.

• We are not liable for loss of revenue arising from machine downtime.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

• Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR. Data submitted via the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
